These cover this website. When BlockZap ships it will have its own terms, and those will be the ones that apply to the game.
The short version
This is a website belonging to Yippee Studio LLC that describes our studio and our games, and lets you join a mailing list. Use it normally and none of the below will ever matter to you.
Using the site
You may read, link to and share anything on this site. Please do not attempt to break it, overload it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or use it to distribute anything harmful.
The waitlist
Give us an address you actually control. You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@yippeestudio.com. We may remove addresses that bounce repeatedly or that were clearly submitted by a bot.
Our content
The Yippee Studio and BlockZap names, logos, artwork and site copy belong to Yippee Studio LLC. The press kit sets out what you are welcome to use when writing about us; outside that, please ask first.
What we are promising
Nothing on this site is a commitment to ship a particular feature, on a particular platform, at a particular time. BlockZap is in development, and what is described here reflects our current intentions rather than a guarantee. We will tell you when things change.
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never be wrong or offline. To the extent the law allows, Yippee Studio LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
Changes
If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page.
